BA and MA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. PhD in Political Science from UFPE (Brazil). Professor and Chair of Political Science and Economics at the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP), Recife, Brazil. Honorary Consul of Malta since 2010. From 2011-2019, Prof. Castro was the President of the Pernambuco Consular Society.
